What counts as an item?
One sellable SKU. A candle in three scents counts as three items if each has a different SKU. A purchase supports 25 SKUs, one business and one project.
How do I import a spreadsheet?
Save it as CSV with one header row. Upload it in Products, match each column and review every row. Prices use USD decimal numbers such as 12.50. Quote commas inside text. Download the CSV template in the editor for an example.
How do photos match?
Name each image after its SKU, such as CND-001.jpg. Upload JPEG, PNG or WebP images under 8 MB. Unmatched photos stay visible for manual assignment. Images are resized before storage; use the preview to check quality. Each item has one primary photo.
Can I change my files?
Edit and regenerate the same catalog for 30 days after purchase. Download access ends after 90 days. Keep local copies for future use. Drafts expire seven days after creation.
Why isn’t checkout available?
This preview release lets you try the document generator while purchasing is being prepared. It does not accept live payments yet.
What if generation fails?
Your last completed export remains available. Retry from Preview. Eligible failed jobs are retried automatically when scheduled maintenance is enabled. Optional description polishing is never required for exporting.
How do refunds work?
Open your purchased project and choose Request full refund within seven days. We verify the purchase and request a full refund. Future paid access ends after refund; files already downloaded cannot be recalled. If verification is delayed, your request remains pending.
