The catalog pack
A $19 one-time purchase covers one business, one catalog project and up to 25 sellable items or SKUs. Separately sold variations count individually. You receive a catalog PDF, line sheet PDF, printable order form PDF and ZIP. English, USD, A4 or US Letter. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
You can revise that project for 30 days after purchase and download files for 90 days. Unpaid drafts expire after seven days. Downloaded copies remain usable after access expires. There is no subscription, custom design service, inventory system or store integration.
Your content and responsibilities
You keep rights to your content and give us permission to process it to provide these documents. Upload only photos, logos and text you are entitled to use. You supply and review product facts, prices, claims and ordering terms. The application does not verify manufacturing claims or guarantee wholesale sales. Optional polishing suggestions require your acceptance.
Seven-day refund on request
Request a full refund from the purchased project within seven days of payment. We verify your purchase and send the refund through Lemon Squeezy. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Future paid access is revoked after refund. Already downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Required consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
What we store
Business details, product text and prices, uploaded photos, generated documents, secure session grants, purchase references and operational events. A necessary HttpOnly session cookie keeps your private draft accessible in your browser. We record aggregate workflow events and campaign identifiers without catalog content in analytics.
How data is used
Cloudflare hosts structured data and private files. Lemon Squeezy processes purchases and receipts. If you request polishing, only the selected description and supplied product name and variation are sent to OpenAI. We request no API response storage. When configured, Resend delivers owner operational alerts and summaries. We do not send customer catalog content in those messages.
Retention and deletion
Unpaid content expires after seven days and paid project content and images after 90 days. Downloads require active access even before scheduled cleanup removes the files. Choose Delete this project for immediate removal of application content and files. Limited transaction records remain for accounting and payment reconciliation. Provider backup and mandatory record-retention practices also apply.
